One of the many challenges children in the brickyards face is access to education. Our brickyard schools do a fantastic job of educating young children through 5th grade, but many older children who never had access to schooling in earlier have trouble finding ways to catch up. Our fast track program addresses this problem, giving highly motivated students the opportunity to complete a K-8th grade education in just 18 months. It's a huge commitment for these students and their families, but it's an opportunity that can drastically change the trajectory of their lives. By completing 8th grade, the doors to better employment and higher education swing open for them, allowing them the freedom to choose the future they truly want. 

Our program is structured into 3 sections. In the first 6 months, students will complete their K-5th grade education. In the second 6 months, they will complete 6th and 7th grade. In their final 6 months of the fast track program, they will complete 8th grade, a huge achievement for any student, but especially for these students who weren't given these opportunities before. From there, we'll work with each student to determine what might be the best fit for them moving forward. For some, they may choose to complete further skills training, readying themselves for a desired career. Others may choose to continue on to further academics with the goal of attending college. Whichever path they choose, we will be there to help them achieve these dreams and goals, giving them the very best start we can for their futures.

All People Free covers all of the costs of this program for these students, including their tuition, transportation, and food while in school. Additionally, we are employing 2 full time teachers to run this program for these students, ensuring they get as much individualized attention and learning as possible.
